Following guidance from NHS England and The department of Health we have been asked to help by

  • NOT providing routine Dental care
  • Reducing the need for people to travel

We will be contacting everyone with appointments that are affected over the coming weeks to make alternative arrangements.

We have been asked to continue providing care for non-controllable dental pain and are very limited on the dental procedures we can give to emergency patients.

  • If you are suffering from a genuine Dental Emergency please call 111- the Practices are only able to give advice and prescriptions at this current time.

We are still available to contact on, and will try to give self -help advise to control pain at home.

  • Osmaston Road Dental Care Derby-01332 347543

To protect your dental Team please can we stress that you do not travel to the practice unless you have a confirmed appointment by one of our team.

Whilst we love chatting to our lovely community please contact us by telephone and do not enter the building. We wish you all the very best at this trying time and hope to be welcoming you back to the practice soon. Stay Safe Stay Home.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR
HOUSEHOLD HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF THE CORONA VIRUS :

HIGH TEMPERATURE
A NEW, PERSISTENT COUGH

If you live alone and have symptoms of corona-virus illness
(COVID-19) however mild, stay at home for 7 DAYS from
when your symptoms started

If you live with others and you or one of them have symptoms of
corona virus then all household members must stay at home and not
leave the house for 14 DAYS. The 14 day period starts from the day
when the first person in the household became ill

If you have corona virus symptoms:

  • Do NOT go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
  •  Testing for corona virus is not needed if you’re staying at home
If you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home, or your
condition gets worse, or your symptoms do not get better after 7
days, then use the NHS 111 online corona virus service. If you do not
have internet access, call NHS 111. For a medical emergency dial 999
